As if we needed another reason to love Sandra Bullock, she gave the most heartfelt speech to the graduates of Warren Easton Charter High School on Monday.

There's a lot of pressure on graduates, what with all those people watching. And sometimes, people buckle under that strain.

Who do you know that's graduating?

This time of year we see a lot of graduation ceremonies, and some graduates can't seem to help showing how pleased they are to get that diploma.

He finally did it!  When my daughter started school, there was no doubt she would do well and behave well.  My son on the other hand, the second child, well, lets just say were weren't sure.

My nephew, Patrick, is graduating from Clarence High School this weekend.  (Yeah, Pat!)  I'm really excited for him.  He'll be attending a local college in the fall.  For now though, we're focusing on the celebration this weekend.  I've got the card, but how much do you give a high school graduate?

Angeline Lavasseur didn't want to break the time-honored tradition of graduates walking to get their diplomas at graduation. The 18-year-old girl, who has been confined to a wheelchair throughout her childhood after being born with spina bifida, recently walked across the stage to pick up her diploma at Pinckney High School's graduation in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

This week I asked my wife when is our niece graduating from Newfane High School? Then we both realized it would be in just a couple of weeks! Graduating is both a thrilling , and scary event.
