Every year snowmobilers in WNY look forward to winter. And it seems like every year, a landowner is disappointed in the lack of respect for their land.

Did you know that there are some rules that you should follow when communicating digitally...in other words on your phone, email, text or social media?

If you're single, you date right? I mean, maybe once a week, before major holidays, on Valentine's Day so you don't feel left out. Or maybe you don't date but you just go out with a friend, with no strings attached. Whatever you call it, are there rules you follow?
