Are you stressed because you haven't started Christmas shopping yet? You might be avoiding it because many of us think shopping for gifts is the MOST stressful part of the holidays.

It's the most wonderful time of the year!.. but maybe not so much for your wallet. The National Retail Foundation is predicting shoppers to spend at least $40 more this Christmas from last years.. so how much does the average shopper spend?

I'm what you call the classic procrastinator when it comes to Christmas shopping. Around June, I start seeing cool things online or in stores and say "Oh, so-and-so would LOVE that, I should get it for Christmas...." and then I decide I'll NEVER forget what that thing was and where that thing was so I'll just get it another time...

Earlier this morning (Wednesday), Eric and I were talking about gift cards.  A new survey says over half of us will give at least one gift card to someone for Christmas. But only 27% of us actually WANT to get one...those people would rather have actual gifts...

Approximately 40 million credit and debit card accounts used by Target customers may have been impacted by a major data breach, the retailer said Thursday. Customer names along with credit and debit card numbers may have been accessed, as well as the expiration date and three-digit security code on the back of each card, the store said.
