It was back in March when the Bills officially traded for star wide receiver Stefon Diggs in exchange for a first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Fast forward nine months later and it's an understatement to say the trade has been one of the best in Buffalo sports history.

The Bills blew out the Denver Broncos on Saturday, 48-19 on their way to clinching the team's first AFC East division title since 1995.

Stefon Diggs caught 11 passes for nearly 150 yards. He now has 111 catches on the season (a franchise record) and has dominated nearly every game he's played in this season.

When the players saw the hundreds of Bills fans at the airport late last night, welcoming them back to Buffalo, they were overwhelmed by the love and support, including Diggs.

Diggs said this is love.

That's from a player who has only been here nine months and hasn't seen the Bills fans in action at Bills Stadium. It's amazing that Diggs feels that way and he's not alone, as the entire team recognizes how overjoyed Western New York is.

11-3 and the division clinched, but the Bills are now just a half-game back of the Pittsburgh Steelers of the number two seed in the AFC. They next play the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football.

Go Bills!
