Every single year, this holiday comes around and it does not get the attention that it deserves. Every year, July 13 is National French Fry day. I did a lot of digging and tried to figure out exactly why today is the day of National

ARBY'S: free small fry
BURGER KING: $1 large fries on the BK app
MCDONALD'S: FREE medium fry on the app. You don't even have to buy anything.
CHECKERS: Any size fry for a buck
KFC: So KFC has these brand new fries that are debuting today and it will be a permanent addition of its new Secret Recipe Fries to the menu. You can get them for 30 cents, but you have to buy something else.

Wendy's....Wendy's could step up to the plate here. This is why McDonald's is the GOAT. McDonald's is FREE. Burger King's are a dollar and Wendy's doesn't even have any deals.

If you want to get creative, Heinz Ketchup is celebrating in a big way by holing a contest and giving out LOTS of money  to winners. All you have to do is order takeout (or any of the fast food places above that are cheapy cheapy). You have to post a creative picture of you using ketchup and then tag Tag #TheGreatAmericanTakeout & #sweepstakes, & @TheGATakeout.
