So, Where Are You With Shopping, Buffalo? [POLL]

I'm what you call the classic procrastinator when it comes to Christmas shopping.

Around June, I start seeing cool things online or in stores and say "Oh, so-and-so would LOVE that, I should get it for Christmas...." and then I decide I'll NEVER forget what that thing was and where that thing was so I'll just get it another time.

And then I totally forget what that thing was and where that thing was and here I sit the week before Christmas in crunch time, with no real solid ideas for anyone, anywhere.

This is as far as I've gotten.  It's not even 10% of my plans.

This is crunch time -- your last shopping weekend before the big day.
