New Museum Just For Selfies Opens In Niagara Falls, Canada
Man, we sure do love our selfies in the Western New York area- and why not? We’re a good-looking bunch, Buffalo! And now, a brand new attraction that opened over the border could be a fun place to snap the perfect pic.
Ripley’s Believe It Or Not and Louis Tussaud's Waxworks have been go-to attractions in Niagara Falls, Canada for what feels like forever. Now, Ripley’s has just opened Ripley’s Selfie Studios in Clifton Hill.
The first of its kind in Niagara Falls, Ripley’s Selfie Studios opened its doors on June 29th, inviting guests to explore twenty-three vibrant, eye-popping installations to take the perfect pic in front of, along with fun props and creative lighting.
Some of the crazy, interactive scenes you can find yourself posing with include colorful graffiti walls, a tightrope walk across Niagara Falls, a first-class airplane vignette, or galactic swings that soar you into outer space.
The Buffalo area is no stranger to “selfie museums.” Popular spots like Selfie WRLD Buffalo, and the 716 Selfie Museum have been making our Instragam followers jealous of our amazing selfies for years. Whether you’re a social media influencer with thousands of followers, a bachelorette party looking for the perfect place for a group pic, or in high schooler seeking out a backdrop that will make your senior portrait pop, all three of these selfie-friendly spots in our area sound like a fun way to spend a summer day.
