Schumer Has Ideas for Bills Lease [VIDEO]

Very few details have been released, but Senator Charles Schumer says he has come up with a plan to keep the Buffalo Bills here in Western New York.

The Senator's office says the details of the lease will be unveiled in Orchard Park this afternoon after 2 P.M.
