SCARY! Ballpark Light Pole Falls!

Wow.  Imagine you get out of work on a Friday and a ballpark lighting post has destroyed your car!

That was the scene Friday afternoon in a parking lot near Coca Cola Field as a 120-foot light post from the ballpark fell and heavily damaged a car parked close-by.

There were no reported injuries.

National Grid is on the scene to see if the light post is active.  More details to come.
