Who will do the Super Bowl halftime show this upcoming year in 2019?

The rumors and possible candidate ideas have been flowing for the past couple of weeks as people gear up for football season, but who has been thrown in the mix as options?

People are throwing out the names Kelly Clarkson and J.Lo in the mix. Of course, the NFL has these talks early on so, in the upcoming months we should know exactly who is coming, but did you know that the person who performs during the Pepsi halftime show does NOT get paid. The honor alone is worth it, but the amount of post-performance sales for songs and albums skyrockets following the Super Bowl.

It's been a great platform for artists to announce and go on a major tour following their performance as well.

The 2019 Super Bowl LIII will be held in Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium on February 3, 2019.
