The wealthiest zip code, Mill Neck, is a village located in the Town of Oyster Bay in Long Island. The craziest part of all of this is that in 2010, the population was only 997 at the 2010 census. The U.S. Census estimates the population of Oyster Bay to be 298,391 as of 2019, which is 1.5 percent of the total population of New York State (19,453,561 as of the 2019 U.S. Census estimates).  Clearly, in NYS, the gap between the wealthy and the poor is growing!
