A local hamburger place had its outdoor dining option shutdown by Erie County officials because it violated COVID-19 dining guidelines.

According to their Facebook page, Juicy Burger Bar was told that their outdoor igloos called "Burgerloos" didn't meet COVID-19 guidelines for Erie County.

Juicy Burger Bar opened the "Burgerloos" at the beginning of the month with the hopes of offering their customers a chance to have an  unique outdoor experience.

With much of Erie County still being in the Orange Zone, restaurants are allowed to offer outdoor dining if they follow several guidelines provided by the state which include no more than 4 people at a table.
