New Wedding Venue Coming to WNY Where Earl’s Used To Be

Pioneer Motor Sports bought the property and has given it the good ole wrecking ball in order to make room for their wedding venue that will be going in! A brand new wedding venue will be on Route 16 in Chaffee in the future! The wedding venue will be called The Annex WNY.

My daughters-in-law and I, we’re building a wedding venue and events center.," said Michelle Armstrong. "We can do smaller weddings but we can also have the larger venues. So many people have memories of Earl and Marylin who owned the restaurant and one person even stopped before they took the building down and asked to take the shutters. The owners were more than happy to let her have them.
