New Licenses For New York State Coming This Month — See The New Designs Here! [PICTURES]

The new licences include more than 30 security features. 

The biggest change with be a totally different layout for people under 21.

The most obvious change is that photos and personal data are laser engraved into the document, rather than printed on it, so they are more counterfeit and tamper resistant.

I think it's really smart to have the under 21 license be vertical rather than horizontal.

The new designs will begin being rolled out this month.
