Dining out when you have dietary restrictions can be a real pain. And for people who suffer from Celiac disease, dining out can be a real pain, and possibly dangerous.

Buffalo Rising reports on the opening of Two Wheels Bakery and Cafe at 435 Ellicott Street, calling it "the first of its kind in the neighborhood."

And what makes Two Wheels unique is the dedicated kitchen used to create its gluten-free menu.

One of the restaurant's owners, Lisa Biggs, told Buffalo Rising "If you’re very sensitive to gluten, cross-contamination is a big deal, and that’s why it’s important to have a dedicated space. There are other gluten-free bakeries but not a whole lot of places where you can walk in and eat anything on the menu.”
