NCIS: Girl Hunting For Gibbs [VIDEO]

If you watch NCIS (Tuesday 8pm CBS), it happens to be my favorite show, you know that Leroy Jethro Gibbs is a tough team leader.

But last night we found out that his team really cares about his well-being. They think he spends too much time working and they want to find him a "lady friend", the trouble is finding the right candidate.

So they start their quest for the perfect woman, and finally they find her. She's everything Gibbs could want in a woman, even Gibbs agreed.

"Nice lady, great cook," he said before admitting that he'd already dated her and she was perfect. "There's nothing more boring than perfect."

Gibbs doesn't feel he needs a lady friend, as long as he has "kids". Watch the video to see the "softer" side of Special Agent Gibbs.
