Mom's & Dad's JCPenney recalled well over 5,000 pairs of toddler shorts due to a choking hazard.

If you bought your toddler a pair of shorts recently at JCPenney, you might want to listen up.

The Okie Dokie shortie has patches on the. The company learned the patches are not secure and can cause a choking hazard to young children. The patches are a watermelon patch on the front of the short with tan stitching. There is also a rainbow patch on the other leg with tan stitching.

Please check the item number which is located on the white tag in the back of the shorts. 324-8191 the date code is 12/17. The toddler size ranges from 2T-5T.
