Snow is never a problem in Western New York unless it's measured in feet, but it's always the most tricky when the snow is timed for morning and afternoon drive time. That will happen tomorrow morning.

According to WKBW, snow will begin in Western New York overnight on Tuesday and be most prevalent in the morning when people are commuting to work.

The snow will be more of a mix at the lakeshore but the snow band works its way over the Buffalo metro and surrounding suburbs for Wednesday morning, before setting down south and petering out.

Buffalo can expect 1-2 inches of snow, while less than an inch will fall in the southern tier.

It's certainly nothing major but fresh snow is still enough to slicken the roads, so take your time commuting tomorrow morning. Leave some time just in case. Also, don't forget the snowbrush! I always just leave it in my car.
