A late night massive fire broke out on Wednesday and ended up destroying a restaurant in Western New York.

According to Facebook, a fire broke out at Gram's Pierogies House on Main Street in Angola. Several departments responded to the fire. They included Lake Erie beach, Eden, Silver Creek, brant, Seneca Nation, Langford, and Hamburg.

It took about an hour for the teams to put out the fire. Arson detectives were on the scene early this morning and are currently investigating the fire.

Gram's Pierogis House was located at 22 South Main street in Angola and according to their Facebook page, the place is permanently closed.

It looks like the restaurant was completely destroyed in the fire. Here is a picture that was posted on Facebook this morning.

This wasn't the only fire to be reported in Western New York. Fire departments responded to fires several times this week.


 

 

There is no word yet if the owners of Gram's Pierogis House plan on reopening the restaurant or if they plan on shutting it down permanently.  We will keep you updated as more information is released.
