Man Falls 100 Feet Off Rainbow Bridge

State Parks Police in Niagara Falls recovered the body of a man who fell nearly 100 feet to his death.

Authorities say that a man from Mexican climbed over the railing of the Rainbow Bridge on Wednesday night, and either slipped and fell or jumped off the side to the rocks in the gorge below.

The inbound lanes of the bridge were closed for several hours, but have since reopened.

An autopsy is scheduled for today.
