It's the new year and we all want to start fresh and be the healthiest we can be. An easy way to be healthy at work is to pack your own lunch and it can also save you money.
Here are some easy ways to cut down on calories, . . .
1. Don't decide what to eat at the last minute. We don't make healthy choices when we're starving.
2. Don't schedule anything stressful immediately before lunch.
3. Don't always eat with other people. Restaurant portions are bigger what we would normally eat and we tend to eat more when someone else is eating with us.
4. Don't eat out of the container your food comes in. You're much more likely to eat the entire contents of the container. Transfer it to a plate and save what you don't eat
