Lorde has officially achieved a special celebrity milestone: Her very own wax figure at Madame Tussauds.

The "Yellow Flicker Beat" singer tweeted two photos of her inanimate body double on Wednesday (May 13. She announced in a follow-up tweet that "it'll be officially on show from today at @TussaudsLA in hollywood," adding that "it was an incredibly detailed process sitting for the waxwork, and the team at MT were so passionate and skilled!"

The museum shared a behind-the-scenes look at the project, tweeting an image of a makeup-free Lorde preparing for her sitting. A sitting is when the wax artists take lots of photos and facial measurements to accurately capture a star's features — if this information intrigues you, you can read all about it on the Madame Tussauds site.

And how did her wax figure turn out? Pretty good! The figure's wig perfectly recreates Lorde's thick tumble of curls and that intense expression we've all come to know and love. They even got her dark lipstick shade right. Sure, she's got that dead-eyed uncanny valley quality that's a little unsettling, but that's just the nature of a wax likeness. We've certainly seen worse — looking at you, not-so-Miley Cyrus. You too, plastic person who definitely isn't Christina Aguilera...and don't get us started on this oddly zombielike Justin Timberlake impostor.

As for real-life Lorde, the pop star is currently hard at work on her second album. You can start planning a pilgrimage to Madame Tussauds' Hollywood location now, and check out the picture of Lorde getting measured by an adorable Dylan O'Brien lookalike below.
