This weekend, the most prestigious event in horse racing takes place -- The Kentucky Derby!

This is the 139th running of the race, just so you know.  Lovers of horses, racing and just anyone who wants to be involved in "what's going on" will be wagering a few bucks on a favorite horse.

The field is 20 horses deep, ....meaning there are 20 horses to pick from.  This race isn't always kind to the "consensus favorite" horse because there are so many horses; in fact, it's almost anyone's race. So, here are a few horses to consider when making your bets and consuming a mint julep.
