Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is always in the news and for good reason, he's arguably the best quarterback in the NFL and also arguably the most valuable player to his team.

Allen has been in the news more lately this week, not for his play on the field, but for an injury he's been nursing since last Sunday's loss to the New York Jets.

Allen's right elbow injury has been all Bills fans seem to want to talk about. The fifth-year quarterback hurt the elbow on the last drive against the Jets and multiple reports said it was an ulnar collateral ligament injury (sprain) in the throwing elbow.

On Friday, head coach Sean McDermott announced Allen is still day-to-day and a determination had not been made on whether he would play. In fact, McDermott added that they would go "hour by hour" with Josh.

Another twist to the story happened on Friday, as according to Jon Scott of Spectrum News, Allen was spotted at practice...but once he noticed media had come in, he darted off the field as quickly as he could.

Some Bills fans say that shouldn't be posted, but it absolutely should be posted. The media's job is to report what they see.

Allen soon after was officially listed as "questionable" for Sunday afternoon's game against the Minnesota Vikings.

As for other Bills players, safety Jordan Poyer and edge rusher Greg Rousseau are both declared out, while linebacker Tremaine Edmunds is questionable and cornerback Kaiir Elam is doubtful, so we likely will not see him on Sunday.

We will likely not know for sure whether or not Allen will play on Sunday until that morning.
