If you have been following the National Football League for a long time, then you know that training camps can be heated. It's not uncommon for tempers to flare up and for scuffles or even fights to take place at camp.

It's just the nature of the beast. These players are going up against the same guys over and over again in the heat of the summer and sometimes that stuff will take place.

At Buffalo Bills training camp, there have been a few instances of tempers flaring up. Two times it has involved wide receiver Stefon Diggs, while another instance involved Josh Allen, which you ideally don't want to see -- scuffles involving star players, because of the risk of injury.

Another instance of a training camp fight happened with a former Bills offensive lineman and even a former Bills coach at New York Giants camp.

According to Giants beat write Pat Leonard, starting running back Saquon Barkley lowered his shoulder into cornerback Aaron Robinson at Giants camp on Monday morning, which the Giants defense did not appreciate.

That led to former Bills guard Jon Feliciano grabbing linebacker Tae Crowder's head a few plays later and trying to knee him in the face.

That then led to former Bills offensive line coach Bobby Johnson pushing linebacker Cam Brown, and Feliciano sucker-punched Brown.

This sounds far worse than the average fight at an NFL training camp. Sucker punches and kneeing teammates in the face/helmet is not a good look and neither is a coach pushing a player.

Feliciano has been known to not shy away from confrontation on the field, as we remember when he stood up for Josh Allen against the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2020 AFC Championship game.

It still remains to be seen what repercussion (if any) happens at Giants camp with the Bills former offensive lineman.
