Staring at screens can be tough on the eyes.  Research say about 9 out of 10 of us now stare at screens for at least two hours a day.  And half of us use two devices at once, like a laptop or tablet while you're watching TV.

The study said they problems encountered include sore eyes, blurry vision and dry eyes.

Here are some things to remember whether at work or home:

1.  Take a 20 second break every 20 minutes, and and look at things at least 20 feet away.

2.  Reduce anything that causes glare on your screen.

3.  Your screen should ideally be at least arm's length away.

4.  Increase the text size or font on your computer or cell phone.
