Is This What The ‘Buffalo Accent’ Sounds Like–Everyone on Facebook Thinks So

I've heard it a million times. You sound like you're from Buffalo. What the hell is a Buffalo accent?

We were just out of town and the Uber driver asked where we were from we said New York, and he literally goes "you sound more like Buffalo than New York City". I responded: "well, that's because we are from Buffalo".

So, what is exactly a Buffalo accent? This guy must have  it because everyone on Facebook is agreeing.
