According to WKBW, "hundreds" of off-road vehicles were spotted roaming the roads and streets of Western New York on Sunday afternoon.

The caravan of off-road vehicles sped through downtown Buffalo, including the skyway and reportedly, parts of Lackawanna and West Seneca. It was also spotted in Niagara County, so the parade of off-road vehicles ventured from Niagara County to West Seneca.

This is a photo of just a small part of the caravan:

According to Buffalo Police Captain Jeffrey Rinaldo, officers attempted to stop the brigade several times but there were too many of them to pull over without causing unsafe traffic conditions.

Rinaldo adds that he's heard of this happening in other parts of the country.

I was actually out right around the hours this happened but never saw the caravan of ATV's and dirt bikes. From the sounds of it, MANY people were upset since it caused very unsafe traffic conditions and I don't blame them.
