Heading over the Grand Island bridges has been quicker but much more of a headache for lots of people.

The introduction of the cashless tolls has helped keep cars and trucking moving along the bridge but has caused lots of problems for people who don't have the E-Z pass.

Drivers who don't have an E-Z pass are billed by the State and many are learning that they aren't getting the bills in time and are being turned over to collections!

We reached out to the NYS Department of Transportation and they told us that drivers should make sure they have their update address on their driver's licenses so that will get the bill mailed to the correct location.

We had a listener call in and told us how she had her $450 collection ticket reduced down to $5.
