Sundays are your last chance to relax before the workweek begins...or are they?  What do you do on Sunday? Church, family dinner, a Sunday drive?

Sundays used to be described as "a day of rest" but is that true anymore?

A recent poll of 2,000 people found the average person has 4 hours and 42 minutes of downtime to work with on Sundays.  But a lot of that gets eaten up by chores and family time.

A recent SWNS article, based on a British survey found that these are the things most people like to do on a Sunday:

  • Sleep in
  • Enjoy time with friends and family
  • Cook a nice dinner (unless you are the one cooking)
  • Watch a movie
  • Read a book or the newspaper

Do you really have the time to do any of these things on a Sunday? Or is it spent taking kids to sporting activities, cleaning, catching up on laundry, grocery shopping.

There is a larger list of things you may or not be able to do on a Sunday here.
