Headaches can shut you right down. They make it hard to think during the day, and even harder to sleep at night. You could take a few painkillers, but why not try something natural to ease your pain?

We've come up with five natural painkillers for headaches that just may help you.  Of course, you should decide what's right for you.  I'm big on number four on the list...  read on to find out what may help get rid of that nasty headache!

Relieve-Migrane-Headache.com  lists five natual remedies for curing your headaches:

1.  Aromatherapy:  peppermint, sandalwood, lavender and Eucalyptus are all said to be natural painkillers.

2.  Exercise:  walking and other exercise is said to release your body's natural painkillers.

3.  Massage:  a good massage obviously eases the stress than can cause headaches.

4.  Heat and Cold:  This is my favorite painkiller.  I use a bag of frozen peas to relieve headaches quickly.  I use heat on my back when the muscles are tight.

5.  Diet, herbs and other stuff!
