If you have Netflix, there are some great films, you may not have seen.

May, I suggest "Boyhood?"

This 2014 film written and directed by Richard Linklater was actually filmed over 11 years.  So, we see the real growth of the boy from age six to eighteen.

The boy Mason Evans Jr. (Ellar Coltrane) world is quite something, and it's fascinating to see him navigate 'coming of age' with parental divorce and eventually first love, and that's just the plot.  It is equally beautiful that we see the young man grow up literally within the film world itself.

The director, Linklater said he developed the script throughout production working and rewriting the next year's segments of the film after reconnecting with the actors each year and seeing how they had changed.

The parents are played by Patricia Arquette and Ethan Hawke, so it's equally interesting to see how they alter and bring nuances to their characters with each year.

Hope you enjoy, it's worth the watch-promise!
