High Wind Warning for Western New York

A strong storm system is moving through the Great Lakes, and will start stir up some high winds across the Western New York.

A High Wind Warning is in effect for Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming and Chautauqua Counties from 10:00A.M. Thursday through 1:00P.M. on Friday.

A Wind Advisory is in effect for Cattaraugus and Allegany Counties from 10:00A.M. on Thursday until 1:00P.M. on Friday.

A Lakeshore Flood Advisory is also in effect for the Lake Erie shoreline.
