Grass Cutting In Buffalo

Cutting your grass lately has been quite an odyssey! If you're like me you had to wait for the rain to end, then wait for your yard to dry out. During that time the grass got six to eight inches high! There were some homes in my neighborhood that were ten inches high. So what do you think about the city of Buffalo issuing almost 400 tickets for grass being to tall? The Mayor says he won't void the tickets despite the weather. He's not sure he has the authority. City residents can go in front of a hearing officer to air their displeasure.  A pretty tough stand during a bad stretch of weather! Leave your comment in our comment section.
