Governor Cuomo Captivates Almost Everyone: What Is This Kid Thinking?

Governor Cuomo's property tax cap signing tour came to my neighborhood yesterday! The governor captivated most of the crowd with a few entertaining stories as he discussed how the new tax cap bill would help local residents. I say most of the crowd because take a look at the boy in the green shirt! What could he be thinking?

The Sun was so bright, it was tough to see the complete screen on my less than professional camera.  Jerry and I didn't realize how funny the picture was until we loaded the photos on to our computer.  Do you see him there, in front of the podium on the grass, kneeling with his head down?  So what could the boy be thinking?
