Buffalo Can Now Order Girl Scout Cookies Through Grubhub

It's cookie season! The Girl Scouts of WNY have kicked off the 2021 Girl Scout Cookie season and you can get yours delivered through Grubhub, according to a press release,

Even in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, girls are adapting their sales methods to share the joy of Girl Scout Cookies through the largest girl-led entrepreneurship program—including taking contact-free pickup and delivery orders through a new national collaboration with Grubhub. In Western New York, consumers can order Girl Scout Cookies for pickup or delivery on Grubhub.com or the Grubhub app.

Members of the Girl Scouts will use this partnership with Grub Hub as a learning opportunity. The girls will learn about managing an e-commerce business - including tracking and fulfilling orders and keeping track of inventory - by using Grubhub’s management tools.

Cookie season runs from now through March 28. Deliveries of Girl Scout Cookies start March 7, as well as in-person purchases. Grubhub orders and deliveries will run from March 10 through March 28 in Buffalo, Jamestown, and Rochester. The Girl Scout Join-a-thon is going on today, January 13, until to 8 pm The Girl Scouts will be taking registrations for girls and adult volunteers during the time. You can call 1.888.837.6410 to sign your girl up or to volunteer, according to GSWNY.  Any young lady who becomes a member of the Girl Scouts today will get a Join-a-Thon patch. Everyone who joins will also be entered into a drawing. There are some great prizes for joining today:

• First Prize: $100 Gift Card
• Second Prize: $50 Gift Card
• Third Prize: A year’s supply of Girl Scout Cookies
