Also, have a beer after your workout is a good thing! The carbs found in beer are good after you've just burned a bunch of calories. But some studies found beer might be better than water when you're dehydrated.

Also according to a University of Texas study, Beer is good for your bones.  The study found that an occasional beer can actually increase bone density.

Finally, beer might help prevent Alzheimer's.  Some researchers think trace amounts of aluminum in our body has something to do with Alzheimer's and found two beers a day can limit its ability to damage your brain.
