Frigid Temperatures Return To Western New York

More snow and freezing temperatures are in the forecast for Western New York.

A lake effect snow watch and wind chill warning will go into effect starting this evening and last through Friday morning.

The National Weather Service says that wind chill values could drop as low as 15 to 35 degrees below zero.
