According to WIVB, current and past military have the chance to adopt most animals who are five months or older from now through November 11th at the SPCA Serving Erie County.

It's important to note that the SPCA will be closed on November 1st and 8th, but offsite adoption locations will still be available. The SPCA Serving Erie County is located at 300 Harlem Rd. in West Seneca.

You must present a military ID or DD214.
