If you work wacky hours like I do (my alarm goes off at 3:30am), this is what's known as the BEST WEEKEND OF THE YEAR.

Why?

Daylight Saving Time this weekend means we "fall back" and GAIN an hour of sleep. To me, that's better than winning the lottery.

That being said, a new survey came up with the "formula" for the perfect night's sleep.

  1. Go to bed at 10:37pm.
  2. Use 2 pillows.
  3. Use the thickets comforter you can buy.
  4. Wear cotton PJ's.
  5. Wear socks.

Honestly, I have to disagree with most of them, for the following reasons:

  1. I get up at 3:30am, so I'd adjust to 7:37pm, which ain't gon' happen.
  2. ok fine.
  3. HOT FLASHES. No.
  4. ok fine.
  5. NO. WAY. (see #3)

That being said, I've just started using a new app I recently read about, and it's pretty cool!  It's called "Sleep Time" and it's free (or else I woudln't have downloaded it) and if you use it properly, it supposedly gives you an accurate idea of how "effective" your sleep is.
