Former NYS Governor Mario Cuomo Dies [VIDEO]

Former Governor of New York, Mario Cuomo, has passed away at the age of 82.The former Governor held the position for three terms, and ironically passed away on the same day that his son, Andrew, was publicly inaugurated for his second term as Governor.

New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie, said that Mario Cuomo was a "strong, eloquent leader who loved New York and its people." He said that Mario was a "role model for future generations, proving that anything was possible through hard work and education."

Mario Cuomo had been hospitalized with a heart condition a few months ago, and passed away of natural causes.
