Flood Watch In Effect For Parts of Western New York
The rain showers, melting snow and warmer temperatures have water levels on the rise across Western New York.
The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for parts of Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties until Saturday morning.
