When Fergie takes the stage along with her Black Eyed Peas counterparts Sunday night at the Super Bowl, she'll be the first female to perform during halftime since Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction" in 2004.

Fergie is promising there won't be any "wardrobe malfunctions" this time.  Fergie says it's a challenge, because she wants a little sex appeal but does not want to get into any trouble.  She adds she is being very particular about her wardrobe.

After Jackson's revealing performance with Justin Timberlake, Super Bowl producers selected mostly classic rock acts to shore up the entertainment for follow up halftime shows.  Paul McCartney performed in 2005, followed by The Rolling Stones, Prince, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Bruce Springsteen and last year's halftime act, The Who.  The Black Eyed Peas will mark the show's return to a more contemporary sound.  Super Bowl 45 will air February this Sunday on Fox.
