Sophie (Submitted by Lynn Schiltz)

She is our little girl and we love her like one of our kids. She is a 2.5-year-old Shih Tzu. She loves to play ball and she loves her cookie treats.

Matilda (Submitted by Teri Holmes)

Matilda is a Blue Merle Australian Shepherd who loves to play with the ball and run around her yard. She gets so excited she smiles really big!

McGregor (Submitted by Maureen Biro)

McGregor is a funny, high-spirited, loving puppy. His favorite past time is chasing squirrels, terrorizing our cats and swimming in Grandma’s pool. He is full of personality and SPUNK!!! He is a Scottie, but we prefer to call him “The Scottish Terror”. He is 8 years old (56 in “doggie years”), his favorite toy is whatever squirrel happens to be in our trees, and his favorite snack is cheddar cheese (don't try to pass off Munster or Colby -- those will get SPIT OUT). He is DEFINITELY a member of the family, a real people “person.”

Herbie (Submitted by Loren Clarke)

Herbie is a 2-year-old French bulldog. Herbie may be funny looking and have stinky farts, but he is still pretty cool. Herbie’s favorite toys are sticks that are bigger than him. This little chunker loves all types of treats. Due to Herbie being a Bulldog, he is very stubborn and knows a handful of tricks. His favorite is any trick that gets him food!

Lucy (Submitted by Margie Walker)

Lucy is a Yorkie/Bichon mix who is lovingly referred to as Goose or Goosey! She is a 1.5-year-old perky troublemaker! She loves to play fetch and will sit at your feet and bark in your face until you throw her favorite green ball. She also nibbles at the face of our Border Collie Brody until he begins to play and wrestle with her. She sits in front of him and barks in his face until he relents and drops whatever he is chewing on or playing with at the moment. Her tricks include sit up pretty, wash your face and, of course, speak! She especially loves her belly rubbed, which is how this picture came about. It was taken by my niece Chelsea.

Tyson (Submitted by Amy Rokitka)

Tyson is a 4-year-old Boxer. He is our 75-pound lap dog. He loves to play, and after a long day he likes to snuggle.

Shadow & Smalls (Submitted by Debra Ellis)

Shadow is a Papillon who is still full of energy at an older age of 12 years. He is one of the most loving and happiest dogs you will ever meet, and he brings a smile to the face of everyone he sees. He loves his family, and his favorite tricks are shaking, playing fetch and playing dead. Smalls is a long-haired Chihuahua and a 2-year-old puppy who is always full of energy. He loves to play around with everyone and Shadow. Smalls loves to play with many of his toys, especially his fuzzy monkey. Smalls' favorite trick is singing to "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen. Shadow and Smalls both love long walks and love to take naps. They are also very effective guard dogs and will always let the family know when someone is near the house. The picture sent in shows them guarding the house while trying to stay cool during the hot summer day.

Fritz & Finnegan (Submitted by Connie Vanderables)

Fritz is a Miniature Schnauzer and is 4 years old. Finnegan is a Cavachon and just turned 1 year old! They love to wrestle each other, run through the house like maniacs and beg for food – I always give in! Their best trick, collectively, is sleeping in on Monday mornings while Mom gets ready for another work week. They are spoiled and definitely have "the good life."

Jules (Submitted by Barb Weibel)

Jules is a 4-year-old female King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. One of her favorites times of the summer is taking walks during the warm weather. She loves to be around people and likes to play with other dogs. Her favorite treat is Frosty Paws ice cream, especially in the summer!

Hans (Submitted by Brittany Wasierski)

Hans is a purebred Pomeranian. He is extremely loving and playful; his best friend is our cat Lucy. They are inseparable how they play tug-of-war and follow each other around the house. He loves to swim and go for walks.
