Many of us are better taking care of others but not necessarily ourselves.  A new survey found 6 in 10 people even feel GUILTY when they take time for themselves.

Results found that women are more likely to participate in self-care in order to give themselves a “mental break,” whereas men were more likely to do the same because they require a “physical break.”

Here are some simple tips for self-care . . .

1.  Exercise, 56%.

2.  Nap or sleep in, 40%.

4.  Take a bath, 38%.

5.  Stretch or do yoga, 36%.

6.  Meditate, 36%.

7.  Get a massage, 36%.

10.  Read, 30%.
