According to WIVB, the Department of Defense released the first images of the COVID-19 vaccination card and vaccination kids.

Everyone will be issued the card.

“Everyone will be issued a written card that they can put in their wallet that will tell them what they had and when their next dose is due,” Dr. Kelly Moore, associate director of the Immunization Action Coalition, said.

Not only the vaccination cards but also the vaccination kits that the CDC issued a COVID-19 Vaccination Program Interim Playbook. For most vaccine products there will be two doses of vaccine needed, separated by 21 to 28 days to be taken.

A vaccine's first and second dose must be from the same manufacturer.

"Everyone will be issued a written card that they can put in their wallet that will tell them what they had and when their next dose is due," says Moore.
