If you've been on Facebook or Twitter the past couple weeks, I'm sure you've seen the term "OK Boomer." The term is mostly used by Millennials and Generation Z age people as a jab at Baby Boomers.

But could using that term get you in hot water in the work place?

Via WIVB, the term could be seen as discriminatory and could be under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, which prevents age discrimination against people 40 and over.

It could create a "hostile work environment" according to Inc.com.
