With the new immigration restrictions from President Trump, Congressman Chris Collins is concerned on how its policies will affect the U.S.-Canada border. Under the President's plan the Peace Bridge would add facial recognition as well as finger printing.

According to WGRZ Congressman Collins is concerned with the new restrictions causing traffic issues for the bridge. He has addressed his concerns in a letter that he has sent to the Trump administration. Collins believes these new security measures are more needed at the countries southern boarders as opposed to the northern ones.
