Monte Dolce was always full of fun and energy combined with a passion for his craft and never strayed too far from a kitchen.  He loved family, was generous to friends and strangers, and understood that good food can bring a community together.   From supplying fresh-baked cookies on the sidelines of his kids’ sports games to creating elaborate displays for culinary competitions, Monte’s cooking was his driving force.
