Check Out Bernie Williams’ Version Of “Take Me Out To The Ballgame”

If you grew up here in WNY, chances are you grew up watching Bernie Williams patrolling the centerfield for the NY Yankees on MSG. Did you know Bernie is much more than just a ballplayer?

I had the chance to be a part of a charity event that former Bronx Bomber Don Mattingly holds every year in his hometown of Evansville, IN. While raising money for his Mattingly Charities foundation, Don invited his ex-teammate, Bernie Williams, to come talk about his time with the Yankees and what he has been doing since retiring.

Bernies always had a love for the guitar and even recorded several albums. He also was nominated for a Latin Grammy for his 2nd album!

Keeping with the Baseball theme, Don asked Bernie to play his version of "Take Me Out To The Ballgame' while the crowd sang along! Check out the video below!
